Age verification is required to purchase a nicotine product from the vending machine.\nFor purposes of §§ 10-1-28.2, 34-46-2 to 34-46-3, inclusive, 34-46-21, and this chapter, the vending machine retailer is responsible for compliance with all provisions of §§ 10-1-28.2, 34-46-2 to 34-46-3, inclusive, 34-46-21, and this chapter. The establishment in which the vending machine is placed is not a retailer or vending machine retailer, unless nicotine products are otherwise sold at the establishment without the use of a vending machine.","path":["TITLE 10.
