{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-11-14-3","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 11-14-3","heading":"Board of appeals--Duties.","body":"Airport zoning regulations adopted under chapter 50-10 shall provide for the appointment of a board of appeals to:\n(1) Hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the administrative agency in the enforcement of chapter 50-10 or of any ordinance adopted under chapter 50-10; and\n(2) Hear and decide special exceptions to the terms of the ordinance upon which the board may be required to pass under the ordinance.\nIf a zoning board of appeals or adjustment already exists, it may be appointed as the board of appeals. The board of appeals shall consist of five members, each appointed for a term of three years and removable for cause by the appointing authority upon written charges and after public hearing.","path":["TITLE 11.
