{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-11-3-12.2","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 11-3-12.2","heading":"Promulgation of rules for approval of access to state highways.","body":"The Transportation Commission may adopt rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, governing the following elements in granting written approval for access to state highways as provided for in §§ 11-3-12.1 and 31-24-6:\n(1) Access location, width, and spacing;\n(2) Signal spacing;\n(3) Median design;\n(4) Access application process;\n(5) Access construction standards; and\n(6) Safety.\nNothing in the rules promulgated pursuant to this section supersedes county or municipal planning and zoning authority.","path":["TITLE 11.
