The statement must include the candidate's email address and phone number and must state that the candidate:\n(1) Is a resident of the precinct;\n(2) Is registered as a member of the political party named in the statement;\n(3) Is a candidate for precinct committeeman or committeewoman, as the case may be;\n(4) Is desirous of serving in that position; and\n(5) If elected, will serve in the office.\nThe statement, when properly filed, operates as a nominating petition for that office.","path":["TITLE 12.
