{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-12-5-4.2","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 12-5-4.2","heading":"Precinct committee election--Information and results to secretary of state--Website publication.","body":"A county auditor shall forward to the secretary of state:\n(1) The name of each candidate for precinct committeeman or committeewoman, upon the filing of the candidate's statement pursuant to § 12-5-4;\n(2) The results of each election for precinct committeeman or committeewoman held at the primary election, pursuant to § 12-5-4 to 12-5-13, inclusive; and\n(3) Each precinct committeeman or committeewoman who had no opposing candidate and was automatically elected, pursuant to § 12-5-4.1.\nThe secretary of state shall post the names of each candidate for precinct committeeman or committeewoman and the results of each election for committeeman or committeewoman on the secretary of state's website.","path":["TITLE 12.
