However, the annual expenses are limited to an amount not to exceed two-thirds of the annual amount collected for certification fees. Nothing in this section is intended to limit the ability to assess costs pursuant to § 13-42-17.2.","path":["TITLE 13. EDUCATION","CHAPTER 13-43.
