The committee shall review the appropriateness of the provisions of § 13-51-1.3 and make recommendations to the Legislature regarding any revisions, additions, or deletions to the various conditions contained in § 13-51-1.3. The committee shall, at the same time, conduct a review of each of the university centers, the off-campus sites in Pierre, Rapid City, and Sioux Falls where courses are being offered, and report the committee findings and recommendations to the Legislature.","path":["TITLE 13.
