Jurisdiction within a joint district is determined as provided in § 13-5-14;\n(2) \"Party,\" any person or municipality interested in any proceedings under the provisions of this chapter;\n(3) \"Plan,\" a plan proposing the formation or elimination of one or more school district entities;\n(4) \"Reorganization,\" the formation, consolidation, or subdivision of school districts;\n(5) \"Requirements and limitations for reorganization,\" those requirements and limitations provided by law;\n(6) \"State board,\" the South Dakota Board of Education Standards;\n(7) \"Consolidation,\" the combining of two or more districts in which a new district and school board are created.","path":["TITLE 13.
