The school district shall submit the question at the next regular election provided in § 13-7-10. The question shall be deemed to have passed or failed by a simple majority of those voting. Upon passage, the school boards shall submit the resolution to the county commissioners for implementation pursuant to § 13-6-87.","path":["TITLE 13. EDUCATION","CHAPTER 13-6.
