{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-13-62-6","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 13-62-6","heading":"Assistance--Criteria.","body":"Any resident of this state who is under twenty-one and has a hearing status that precludes receiving educational benefits through a public school is entitled to receive services through South Dakota Services for the Deaf.\nSouth Dakota Services for the Deaf may assist any person who is not a resident of the state, provided:\n(1) The person meets the criteria established in this section;\n(2) The Board of Regents determines that no resident of this state is denied assistance as a result; and\n(3) Payment is received for any charges established by the Board of Regents.","path":["TITLE 13.
