{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-16-16-2.4","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 16-16-2.4","heading":"Use of information.","body":"(1) In reviewing the relevant conduct identified in § 16-16-2.3 the board shall consider:\n(a) Applicant's age at the time of the conduct;\n(b) Recency of conduct;\n(c) Reliability of the information concerning the conduct;\n(d) Seriousness of the conduct;\n(e) Factors underlying the conduct;\n(f) Cumulative effect of conduct or information;\n(g) evidence of rehabilitation;\n(h) Applicant's candor in the admission process; and\n(i) Results of applicant's criminal background check.","path":["TITLE 16.
