{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-16-16-7.2","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 16-16-7.2","heading":"Certificates and affidavits filed with application.","body":"There shall be filed therewith:\n(1) A certificate of admission to the bar in such other jurisdictions where the applicant is licensed;\n(2) A certificate from the proper courts therein that the applicant is a member in good standing; and\n(3) An affidavit of the supervising attorney that he is licensed to practice in South Dakota; that the applicant, upon admission, will be employed by and associated with the legal aid bureau or public defender agency; and, that the supervising attorney has found the applicant to be a reputable attorney and recommends his or her admission to practice.","path":["TITLE 16.
