The sanction shall be imposed for the initial positive test. The policies may exempt a residual positive urinalysis. Any drug court or other specialty court which has an approved sanctioning grid is exempt from the provisions of this section.","path":["TITLE 16. COURTS AND JUDICIARY","CHAPTER 16-22.
