For the purposes of this chapter, the term \"antisemitism\" has the same meaning as the working definition of antisemitism adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance on May 26, 2016, including the contemporary examples of antisemitism identified therein.\nNothing in this section may be construed to diminish or infringe upon any protected right under U.S. Const., amend.
