Each notice shall specify:\n(1) The name of the mortgagor, and any assignee;\n(2) The amount claimed to be due;\n(3) The date of the mortgage;\n(4) A description of the property, as described in the mortgage;\n(5) The time, manner and place of sale, as directed by the court; and\n(6) Any other matter as ordered by the court.","path":["TITLE 21.
