Upon receipt of the bill, the state shall make reimbursement within thirty days. No county may be reimbursed by the state for costs incurred from detaining a juvenile held for criminal charges unrelated to the juveniles current adjudication and commitment. The county shall be reimbursed by the state auditor upon vouchers approved by the secretary of corrections.","path":["TITLE 26. MINORS","CHAPTER 26-11A.
