A child protection team may include licensed or certified medical and health professionals, the court services officer recommended by the presiding judge of a judicial circuit in which the team is to operate, the secretaries of social services and health or their designees, a representative of a mental health center, a representative of a public school district in which the team is to operate, an attorney, a foster parent, and one or more representatives of the public. The Department of Social Services shall maintain a record of the membership of each child protection team.","path":["TITLE 26. MINORS","CHAPTER 26-8A.
