{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-28-1-82","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 28-1-82","heading":"Unauthorized supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits.","body":"A person is guilty of unauthorized acquisition or transfer of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits if the person knowingly:\n(1) Acquires, purchases, possesses, or uses any Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program EBT card to obtain Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits that the person is not entitled to;\n(2) Transfers, sells, trades, gives, or otherwise disposes of any Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program EBT card to another person not entitled to receive or use it in exchange for anything of value;\n(3) Acquires, purchases, possesses, or uses any eligible goods purchased with a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program EBT card that the person is not entitled to; or\n(4) Transfers, sells, trades, gives, or otherwise disposes of any eligible goods purchased with a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program EBT card to another person not entitled to receive it in exchange for anything of value.","path":["TITLE 28.
