The Transportation Commission shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish criteria and selection methods in conformance with 23 CFR, Part 750, Subpart (B). The rules shall set forth permit application requirements; qualifying directional and official signs; eligibility criteria and standards; sign size, number, location, lighting, and spacing restrictions; sign message content; and erection and maintenance criteria and standards.","path":["TITLE 31.
