The signs shall be posted at the entry points to and at regular intervals along a minimum maintenance segment. A properly posted sign is prima facie evidence that adequate notice of a minimum maintenance has been given to the motor vehicle driver.","path":["TITLE 31. HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES","CHAPTER 31-4.
