The remaining money in the local government highway and bridge fund shall be apportioned pursuant to § 32-11-35. The secretary of revenue shall apportion funds to the local government transportation technology transfer special revenue fund at the same time and in the same manner as specified in § 32-11-35.","path":["TITLE 32.
