If the denial of a license is a result of an out-of-state suspension or revocation that is at least eight years old, the department may grant temporary driving privileges to drive on the highways of this state. The department may cancel temporary driving privileges at the end of sixty days if that person has not satisfied the out-of-state suspension or revocation.","path":["TITLE 32.
