Any authorized agent or employee may stop and issue a citation on a form promulgated pursuant to § 23-1A-2 to the driver of any vehicle for a speeding violation in a highway work area which occurred in the presence of the agent or employee. The agent or employee is not considered a law enforcement officer for the purposes of § 23-3-27.","path":["TITLE 32. MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 32-33.
