If a dealer buys or acquires a used unnumbered large boat, the dealer shall apply for a certificate of title in the dealer's name within forty-five days. If a dealer buys or acquires a new large boat for resale, the dealer may apply for a certificate of title in the dealer's name.","path":["TITLE 32. MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 32-3A.
