Each registration fee shall be prorated on a monthly basis. All license plates or validation stickers issued on a staggered basis shall expire on the last day of the month assigned for the renewal of registration by § 32-5-2.2. If a person operates a motor vehicle without the current license plate displaying the proper validation sticker he is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 32.
