Any person who renews a noncommercial vehicle registration after the date of expiration shall pay the full year's fee required by this chapter to license the vehicle until the appropriate month assigned for renewal by § 32-5-2.2. However, this requirement to pay the full year's fee does not apply to noncommercial motor vehicles licensed pursuant to § 32-5-6.3 or 32-5-6.4.","path":["TITLE 32. MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 32-5.
