{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-32-5-9","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 32-5-9","heading":"Schedule of fees for motorcycles.","body":"License fees and compensation for use of the highways payable pursuant to § 32-5-5 for motorcycles shall be determined by the piston displacement as follows:\n(1) Less than three hundred fifty cubic centimeters, eighteen dollars;\n(2) Three hundred fifty to one thousand cubic centimeters, inclusive, twenty-one dollars; and\n(3) Greater than one thousand cubic centimeters, twenty-four dollars.\nThe license fee for any motorcycle propelled by an electric motor that draws power from a battery that is capable of being recharged is the highest fee level authorized by this section.","path":["TITLE 32.
