The fees shall be prorated monthly and the snowmobile registered in the same manner as motor vehicles pursuant to §§ 32-5-2.2 and 32-5-2.6. Payment of the snowmobile license fee shall be made prior to the operation of, or permitting the operation of, any snowmobile within this state except as specified under § 32-20A-15.","path":["TITLE 32.
