{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-32-6b-1.2","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 32-6B-1.2","heading":"Recreational park trailer defined.","body":"For the purposes of this chapter, the term, recreational park trailer, means a vehicle that is primarily designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or seasonal use and that:\n(1) Is built on a single chassis mounted on wheels;\n(2) Has a gross trailer area not exceeding four hundred square feet in the setup mode;\n(3) Is certified by the manufacturer as complying with American National Standards Institute Standard No. A119.5 in effect on January 1, 2008; and\n(4) Has at least a seventeen digit identification number and the manufacturer has designated the vehicle as a recreational park model on the manufacturer statement of origin.","path":["TITLE 32.
