{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-32-7a-2","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 32-7A-2","heading":"Established place of business.","body":"For the purposes of this chapter, a principal place of business is an enclosed building or structure either owned in fee or leased, at which a permanent business of bartering, trading, and selling of mobile homes or manufactured homes is carried on. The place of business may not be a tent, temporary stand, or other temporary quarters, nor permanent quarters occupied pursuant to any temporary arrangement. However, a principal place of business may be a mobile home or manufactured home that has been properly mounted either on a permanent foundation or properly anchored and blocked. A licensee may use unimproved lots and premises for sale, storage, and display of mobile homes and manufactured homes. A licensee may use a residence located within or adjacent to his mobile home park or a manufactured home park as a principal place of business, unless prohibited by local zoning.","path":["TITLE 32.
