The regulations may be in regard to the following areas:\n(1) Sanitary and safe conditions of the premises;\n(2) Cleanliness of operation;\n(3) Fire safety and construction;\n(4) Physical equipment found necessary and in the public interest;\n(5) Management and administration;\n(6) Physician's services;\n(7) Nursing and related care;\n(8) Dietetic services;\n(9) Medication control;\n(10) Records;\n(11) Diagnostic services;\n(12) Hospital complementary services;\n(13) Long-term care diversionary services;\n(14) Patient safety and health;\n(15) Residents' rights in nursing homes and assisted living centers.","path":["TITLE 34.
