{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-34-12-19","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 34-12-19","heading":"Grounds for suspension or revocation of license.","body":"The State Department of Health may suspend or revoke a license issued under this chapter on any of the following grounds:\n(1) Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules issued pursuant thereto;\n(2) Permitting, aiding, or abetting the commission of any unlawful act in such institution;\n(3) Conduct of practices detrimental to the welfare of the patient; and\n(4) Failure to allow department inspections, including inspections authorized under § 34-12-16, complaint inspections and necessary follow-up inspections.","path":["TITLE 34.
