Following hearing, the board of county commissioners shall issue an appropriate order, including a statement of any corrective action which the board deems necessary. A decision of the board may be appealed to the circuit court in accordance with the provisions of chapter 7-8.","path":["TITLE 34. PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY","CHAPTER 34-16.
