When the department conducts an inspection pursuant to this section, the owner shall promptly remit, but not later than thirty days after the follow-up inspection, a fifty dollar inspection fee to the department.\nThe inspection fee provisions of §§ 34-18-26.1 and 34-18-27.1 do not apply to nonprofit organizations.","path":["TITLE 34.
