{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-34-20h-1","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 34-20H-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Terms used in this chapter mean:\n(1) \"Medical supply,\" any product necessary to administer a prescription drug; and\n(2) \"Participating pharmacy,\" a pharmacy that:\n(a) Is licensed pursuant to chapter 36-11; and\n(b) Has provided written notice to the State Board of Pharmacy regarding its intent to accept donated prescription drugs and medical supplies, in accordance with §§ 34-20H-2 to 34-20H-6, inclusive.","path":["TITLE 34.
