Any person who, on the effective date of an agreement under § 34-21-3, possesses a radiation license issued by the federal government shall be deemed to possess the same pursuant to a license issued under this chapter, which shall expire either ninety days after receipt from the agency of a notice of expiration or on the date of expiration specified in the federal license, whichever is earlier.","path":["TITLE 34.
