{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-34-26-8","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 34-26-8","heading":"Notice to medical school of unclaimed body--Requisition by and forwarding to medical school.","body":"It shall be the duty of any person into whose charge may come the unclaimed dead body of a convict or other person to be buried at public expense, to give notice to the dean of the School of Medicine of the University of South Dakota within twenty-four hours after the receipt of any such body, specifying in such notice the probable cause of death; and upon the requisition of such dean he shall forward such body to the university, at its expense, within twenty-four hours of the receipt of such requisition.","path":["TITLE 34.
