{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-34-44-12","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 34-44-12","heading":"Suspension or revocation of contractor's certificate--Grounds.","body":"The department may suspend or revoke, pursuant to chapter 1-26, an asbestos abatement certificate issued to an asbestos contractor under § 34-44-10 if the asbestos contractor:\n(1) Fraudulently obtains or attempts to obtain a certificate;\n(2) Fails at any time to satisfy the qualifications for a certificate or to comply with rules adopted by the board under this chapter;\n(3) Fails to meet any applicable state or federal standard relating to asbestos abatement;\n(4) Permits an untrained worker to work on an asbestos abatement project;\n(5) Employs a worker who fails to comply with applicable state or federal rules relating to asbestos abatement.","path":["TITLE 34.
