{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-11-20","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-11-20","heading":"Pharmacist license--Suspension, revocation, or refusal--Grounds.","body":"The board may, in compliance with chapter 1-26, suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a license to practice pharmacy to any person who:\n(1) Is guilty of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude;\n(2) Is addicted to the use of alcoholic liquors or narcotic drugs to such an extent as to render the person unfit to practice pharmacy with reasonable skill and safety;\n(3) Procured a license by fraud or by false representation;\n(4) Is permitting or engaging in the unauthorized sale of legend or controlled drugs or substances; or\n(5) The board finds to be in violation of any law, rule, or regulation governing pharmacists.","path":["TITLE 36.
