{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-11-26","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-11-26","heading":"Board authority to discipline pharmacist--Appeal.","body":"If the board is satisfied that any pharmacist is incompetent or disqualified to perform the duties of a pharmacist pursuant to § 36-11-20 or as contemplated by the provisions of this chapter, it may, in compliance with chapter 1-26:\n(1) Issue a reprimand to the pharmacist;\n(2) Place the pharmacist on probation and supervision;\n(3) Suspend the pharmacist's license until the pharmacist completes a course of therapy, treatment, training, or any combination thereof;\n(4) Suspend the pharmacist's license for a fixed period; and\n(5) Revoke the pharmacist's license.\nAn individual may appeal a decision of the board as provided in chapter 1-26.","path":["TITLE 36.
