The rules must provide for:\n(1) License and renewal application requirements, including:\n(a) Establishment of an initial license fee and a renewal fee, each not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars;\n(b) Procedures for the reinstatement of an expired license; and\n(c) Establishment of a late fee for reinstating an expired license, not to exceed fifty dollars;\n(2) Minimum structural, security, and equipment requirements for the remote pharmacy;\n(3) Minimum staffing requirements for the central pharmacy and remote pharmacy;\n(4) Record keeping requirements for the central pharmacy and remote pharmacy;\n(5) Policies and procedures for the daily operation of the remote pharmacy; and\n(6) Use of automated dispensing machines.","path":["TITLE 36.
