No person may counterfeit such a coupon. No person may distribute drug samples except as provided in § 503(d) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended through January 1, 1991.\nAny person who violates this section is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor for the first conviction and a Class 6 felony for any subsequent conviction.","path":["TITLE 36.
