{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-14-24","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-14-24","heading":"Fees generally--Promulgation of rules.","body":"The Board of Barber Examiners shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26, to set the following fees, which may not exceed the amounts specified:\n(1) An examination to determine an applicant's fitness to receive a certificate of registration to practice barbering and the issuance of the certificate, three hundred dollars;\n(2) The annual renewal of a certificate of registration to practice barbering, three hundred dollars;\n(3) The restoration of an expired certificate, thirty-five dollars, plus twenty-five dollars for each year the certificate is expired;\n(4) A permit to operate a barber school, six hundred dollars annually; and\n(5) An annual inspection of a barbershop or barber school, one hundred fifty dollars.","path":["TITLE 36.
