Application for a license to operate a barbershop must be made, on forms prepared and furnished by the board, annually before June first. The board shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26, to set a fee of not more than three hundred dollars annually for each barbershop, plus a fee of not more than twenty dollars for each chair in the barbershop.","path":["TITLE 36.
