A license for a two-year period shall be issued upon completion of the requirements. The board may provide, by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, for the inactive or retired status of a person who has been duly licensed under this chapter and who chooses to relinquish or not to renew a license.","path":["TITLE 36.
