{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-19-44","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-19-44","heading":"Student activities exempt.","body":"This chapter does not apply to a student who is:\n(1) Enrolled full-time in a program accredited by the American Board of Funeral Service Education; and\n(2) Engaged in an activity that:\n(a) Is part of a course of that program; and\n(b) Is directly supervised by a funeral director licensed by the board.\nA student may not hold oneself out as a funeral director and may only use a title that clearly indicates status as a student.
