The Board of Examiners of Psychologists shall set the special fee, not to exceed three hundred dollars a year, in rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26. If the special fee is assessed, a licensee is ineligible to renew the license until the payment of the fee.","path":["TITLE 36. PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 36-27A.
