{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-29-3","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-29-3","heading":"Qualifications for license.","body":"The board shall issue a license to practice athletic training to an individual who:\n(1) Submits an application prescribed by the board;\n(2) Submits an application fee in an amount established by the board; and\n(3) Presents evidence satisfactory to the board that:\n(a) The individual has completed all qualifications established by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer and has passed a nationally accredited exam approved by the State Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners; or\n(b) The individual is certified in good standing by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer.","path":["TITLE 36.
