{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-30-3","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-30-3","heading":"Qualifications for license--Application--Fee.","body":"A person may receive a license as a polygraph examiner, which is valid for three years if the person:\n(1) Establishes that he or she is a person of good moral character;\n(2) Has satisfactorily completed at least six weeks of study in the use of a polygraph in detection of deception or establishes that he or she is an experienced and competent polygraph examiner based upon work experience; and\n(3) Submits an application to the Office of the Attorney General along with a nonrefundable seventy-five dollar license fee.","path":["TITLE 36.
