{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-37-21","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-37-21","heading":"Disciplinary actions.","body":"The board may impose any of the following disciplinary actions on a speech-language pathologist or a speech-language-pathology assistant after formal or informal disciplinary action:\n(1) Refuse to renew a license;\n(2) Issue a letter of reprimand or concern;\n(3) Impose probationary conditions;\n(4) Require reimbursement to the board for costs of the investigation and proceeding;\n(5) Suspend or revoke a license;\n(6) Impose practice or supervision requirements, or both; or\n(7) Require attendance at continuing education programs specified by the board as to content and hours.","path":["TITLE 36.
